Yu Ping Feng San (Jade Windscreen) Herbal Tincture
Formulated over 800 years ago, Yu Ping Feng San (Jade Windscreen) is touted to boost your immunity and build your body’s defenses year-round. This powerful herbal formula tonifies the Qi, stabilizes the exterior, and reduces sweating.
The main ingredients are: atractylodes (Bai Zhu) which tonifies the spleen and augments Qi; astragalus root (Huang Qi) which may increase white blood cells and more; and siler root (Fang Feng), often used to treat body aches and tremors.
In Western medicine, Yu Ping Feng San is often used to support defense against the common cold, influenza, chronic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, hay fever, bronchitis, chronic fatigue syndrome, allergic dermatitis, hives, and more.
Prepared carefully, these herbs are cooked according to the traditional recipe and then decocted in pure water. The mixture is then steeped in alcohol, which pulls out medicinal compounds over a month period. The herb to menstruum ratio is 1:5.
Simply add 2-3 full droppers to a glass of water in between meals.
Ingredients: Organic Astragalus root [Huang Qi], Organic Atractylodes rhizome [Bai Zhu], Organic Siler root [Fang feng].
Other Ingredients: Cane Alcohol, Distilled Water.
